British F.V. 2361, Trailer Cargo 0.75 t

The two-wheeled General Service Trailer has a cargo capacity of 750 kg, and it may be towed by a Landrover or similar cargo vehicle. The welded steel body is water-tight, capable of floating and fording shallow water. The parked trailer is supported by stabilizing jacks, one at the front and two at the rear. Lashing points are available to secure the load and hold the canvas cover in place. Field modified versions of the G.S. Trailer may have higher side walls made from plywood in order to provide additional cargo space inside. The canvas tilt may be raised to allow the crew to operate an electric generator or other small machinery inside the trailer.
