Daimler-Benz Unimog 435
In 1978 the second generation Lkw 2t tmil gl – Unimog 435 – was introduced and it has gradually replaced the earlier 1,5 t Unimog truck as the standard military utility vehicle in the Bundeswehr. Many other NATO forces use the new Unimog, including the US Armed Forces deployed in Germany.
