Gris de Fer Bleuté
Gris de fer bleuté (French; bluish iron grey), the new blue melange colour of the French infantry capote introduced in 1822, which was replaced by horizon blue in 1915. The bluish iron grey fabric is reported to have been woven from 10 % white and 90 % indigo thread.
