The ESCI 1:72 scale Jagdpanzer V “Jagdpanther”, Sd.Kfz. 173, heavy tank hunter still on its old tracks made of soft plastic, which were replaced by better tracks made of polystyrene on the occasion of its re-release (ESCI 8312) in 1987.
The ESCI model corresponds to the late version of the heavy tank destroyer with 8.8 cm Pak L.71 on Panther chassis, with heavy cast collar for the main gun, and side skirts.
