Herpa 1:87 Scale Vehicle Review
The Herpa 1:87 scale 38 cm Sturmmörser “Sturmtiger” with 38 cm Raketenwerfer 61 is a nicely detailed model of the heavy armoured self-propelled gun of the assault artillery, of which 18 vehicles were built between August and December 1944.
The Sturmtiger is full of attractive details, which can be nicely accentuated by painting. Tarnscheinwerfer, bow machine gun, loading crane, tools, and the rack jack are present; the Abstandsrücklicht is missing.
