ROCO 1:87 Scale Vehicle Review
The antique ROCO 1:87 scale 8-ton medium tractor, Sd.Kfz. 7, can be depicted either as an Sd.Kfz. 7/1 with 2 cm Flak-Vierling 38 or an Sd.Kfz. 7/2 with 3.7 cm FlaK 36. Both AA gun variants are included with this pre-assembled model and simply need to be inserted into the truck bed.
The gun barrels of the 2 cm Flak-Vierling 38 shown here, with a barrel circumference of approximately 104 mm, are nearly as robust as the 3.7 cm Flak 36 of the Sd.Kfz. 7/2. The error could be easily corrected with 1:87 scale brass barrels, but for our purposes in simulation games, the sturdy plastic barrels are the preferred option.
