The ROCO 1:87 scale Cromwell IV is an attractive, but quite rare model of the British cruiser tank.
Armed with the Royal Ordnance QF 75 mm Mk V tank gun, the Cromwell IV was the most common variant of the British Mark VIII cruiser tank. The Cromwell IV first deployed with the armoured reconnaissance regiments of the Royal Armoured Corps, the 7th Armoured Division, 11th Armoured Division, and Guards Armoured Division in Juni 1944.
A British armoured reconnaissance troop consisted of three Cromwells and one A.30 Challenger or Sherman Firefly with the powerful 17-pounder gun, which ROCO unfortunately has not yet released.
