World Tanks Depot 1:87 Scale Vehicle Review
The 1-87 World Tanks Depot 1:87 scale Panzerkampfwagen 38 (t) is sold fully assembled and painted. The vehicle has the straight upper frontal armour plate in front of the driver and radio operator/machine gunner, which was introduced with the Ausf. E. However, the armoured antenna mount on the front left of the superstructure is missing. The exhaust system is still in its original position, and the rear of the vehicle does not yet have a Nebelkerzenabwurfvorrichtung (NkAV) armoured smoke grenade launcher. Therefore, this must be one of the early Panzerkampfwagen 38 (t) Ausf. E with chassis numbers 476 to 623.
The rear track guards are without Abstandsrücklicht convoy driving device and Bremsleuchte stop light. The front right track guard is missing the Tarnscheinwerfer blackout headlight of the Notek Kfz-Nachtmarschgerät vehicle night marching device, and the rear right track guard is without the bracket for spare track links.
So there‘s a bit of work to do to get the 1-87 World Tanks Depot Pz.Kpfw. 38 (t) into a battle-ready condition. Afterwards, the vehicle needs to be weathered and protected with a coat of clear varnish to reduce the risk of the enamel paint chipping off.
