The 1-87 World Tanks Depot German Sturmpanzerwagen A7V heavy tank is sold fully assembled and painted, ready to play. The tank is painted in a grey camouflage paint scheme, the equivalent of RAL 7038 »Agate Grey«. It‘s worth repainting the tank in an attractive three-colour camouflage scheme.
Apart from the Balkenkreuz on the bow, stern, and sides, this A7V bears no tactical markings or even a name.
Cast in white metal, the Sturmpanzerwagen A7V weighs 183 g. Not a problem, if one or two models are to be used in a skirmish wargame. Given the low production numbers of only 20 Sturmpanzerwagen A7V, it is unlikely that many models of this type will appear in a wargame.
The A7V still needs to be weathered, and it should be protected with a layer of clear varnish to reduce the risk of the enamel paint chipping off.
