Grass Green

Grass Green.

Grass green; this variation is a saturated green, and indeed that which may be called true green. It appears to be mixed from equal parts of Prussian Blue and Lemon Yellow. The name of the colour is taken from the grass, but not from the grass that is dried up and dusty in summer, rather from that which grows in spring and around fresh springs in summer. Fibrous copper green or atlas ore, the emerald, the river of emeralds are of this colour.
